some of my more astute followers may have noticed that I added a banner on the right hand side for my friend Jason’s online gift-giving, poverty combating, consumerism accountability creating community called Two Shirts. The name comes from the gospel of Luke in which John tells people to give away a shirt if they have two. If you get a chance to check it out I suggest you sign up and give away that pile of stuff you have been meaning to get rid of. Also check out the needs that others have and explore ways to provide for those needs. This isn’t exactly what I had in mind when I wrote the last post about Nine Inch Nails and gift giving but I think this is just the sort of unexpected way that God likes to work.
Now I am going to go post some stuff to giveaway before my wife gets home.
